The performance estimate is based on the estimated after-tax cost base for an Ontario-based limited partner who is in the highest marginal tax bracket. The after-tax return is calculated using the after-tax cost base as compared to the proceeds net of tax on an assumed disposition based on the net asset value, net of fees. This calculation assumes that the investor receives the full tax deduction for the amount invested and that the Partnership, was fully invested in flow-through eligible shares. Actual returns may differ depending on each limited partner's personal tax situation and province of residence.
