The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital growth through the superior selection of primarily Canadian equity securities. The investment returns are tax deferred through the use of a forward agreement with TD Global Finance, a member of the TD Bank Financial Group, whereby no taxable events are attributable to unitholders until units of the Fund are redeemed. The Fund is offered to accredited investors.
