AlphaNorth Partners Fund

AlphaNorth Partners Fund Inc. (Fund) is a small cap long biased hedge fund launched in December 2007. The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve long term capital growth through the superior selection of primarily Canadian equity securities. The investment returns are tax efficient through the use of a forward agreement with a Canadian chartered bank or its affiliate. The Fund is offered to accredited investors.
